Next Day Delivery
We know how important it is that you receive your order as quickly as possible. That's why we offer FREE Next Day Delivery to mainland UK addresses wherever we can.
For next day delivery, we need to receive your order by 2pm UK-time. Free delivery is a standard next working day delivery, Monday to Friday. If your order is urgent, please call us to clarify your options. Next day delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to the couriers being able to fulfil this. Please note that we are not responsible for late deliveries from couriers.
We endeavour to despatch orders the same working day provided that they are in stock and ordered by 2pm, however time of delivery is not of the essence. Most deliveries will be carried out Monday to Friday within 48 hours of your order being placed. We will email you to confirm that despatch has taken place and provide you with an estimated delivery date, however we regret that we are unable to provide an estimated delivery time. Deliveries can take place any time from 7am until 7pm although timed deliveries are available upon request at additional cost. Where possible we will provide you with tracking details for your order. For deliveries outside the normal Monday to Friday times, please contact us and let us know your requirements as we can usually provide you with a quote.
Deliveries are made by courier or by pallet depending on the size of the order. All deliveries require a signature and it is assumed that if you place an order online, there will be someone at the delivery address to accept the order in normal office hours. The courier will usually make at least 2 attempts to deliver. The courier should leave a calling card with details of how to contact them. If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will normally make the 2nd attempt the next working day. After the 2nd attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse/depot.
If you cancel your order after 2 attempts have been made, a £6 charge will be deducted from your refund. There may also be a charge for redelivery after the consignment has been returned to our depot and/or you request a different delivery address. The above also applies to blocks of flats, properties with gated intercoms and similar address types; we will accept no liability if the courier is unable to access or deliver in these circumstances. Couriers will always do their best to deliver orders on the first call as it is not in their interest to have to make a return delivery the next day when it may be out of their way.
Complaints and shortages must be notified in writing within 14 days. Returns will only be accepted with sellers authorisation
Changes & Delays
If you think you will not be available to accept the delivery on the estimated delivery date, please advise us as soon as possible. The courier may be able to leave the package(s) with a neighbour, however the courier cannot leave a parcel without a signature. Please be aware that once despatch has taken place, we accept no liability for any delays in your delivery and we cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs, you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfilment company, or a full refund.
Outside Mainland UK
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland all attract a delivery charge which is set out during the online order process.
