How is Covid-19 being managed at Cases UK?


At Cases UK, we have put strict measures in place to ensure our customers continue to receive orders safely and quickly, whilst making sure we adhere to current government guidelines relating to the Coronavirus pandemic. We have limited the number of staff working on site, with many working from home to keep friends, families and the wider community safe.

Our opening times have been slightly adjusted to 10-4 Monday-Friday, and of course, customers are not permitted to visit our premises for the time being, including for collections.

All current bespoke, customised orders that have already been placed are still being manufactured, however, this is only being conducted by a select few members of our team. All precautionary measures are being implemented and safety equipment provided where required and requested by our staff. We are still welcoming discussions regarding custom work, however new orders cannot be manufactured for the time being. We understand the importance of our emergency services during this difficult period and appreciate all they are doing for our communities; we are therefore able to fulfil orders for these services as a matter of priority.

We are still able to send products for next day delivery, however this could be extended to 48 hours depending on delivery location and courier being used. Our courier services will also deliver your orders using government guidelines with regards to aspects such as strict social distancing measures.
